MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES

ADULT BOXING FITNESS

Experience a full body warm-up, combo circuit, and rejuvenating cool-down to start your mornings off right! You’ll learn foundational boxing skills as you burn calories and work your core, balance, speed and power — All in a 45 minute class.


KID JIU JITSU SELF-DEFENSE

Kids learn effective self-defense skills and develop their fitness and coordination. We pride ourselves on the individualized attention we give our students and the positive impact we have in their life. They will build life skills such as perseverance, self-confidence, focus, emotional intelligence, and teamwork while we reinforce positive values and good character.


ADULT JIU JITSU SELF-DEFENSE

Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program has been adapted for our busy working parents and other people that want to get in shape and learn the art of fighting and self-defense without taking the risk of getting injured. Learn to navigate through realistic self-defense and combat sports situations in a safe, fun, and family-oriented environment. We also offer women-only classes.


ADULT STRIKING

Muay Thai translated as “the art of 8 limbs” (fists, elbows, knees, and shins) is a full-body workout that perfectly blends cardio, strength, and endurance training. Recognized as the most effective striking art, you will gain self-defense skills through proper techniques, pad works and collaborative drills.


ADULT MMA

A beginner-friendly class where students get a great workout while learning the foundational skills necessary to defend themselves and those used in the world’s most exciting sport!
